WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Letterly Shop gift cards (via Square). Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a Letterly Shop issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD.




WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?


Since all orders are custom and MADE TO ORDER, please allow 2-3 weeks for custom printing and shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipment tracking information so you can see where your shipment is in real time!




WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


Since all orders are custom and personalized, we cannot accept any returns.




WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT?


All orders are only placed, once you receive a PDF proof and approval is given. It is vital that customers check over and approve art only once they have ensured that all information is spelled and looks correct. If you receive an order that has a typo or mistake that was on the art that was approved, we cannot reprint that order. Alternatively, if you receive your order and there is a mistake that was not on the PDF proof that you approved, Letterly shop will 100% reprint and replace your order until it is perfect! Please email lauren@letterlyshop.com with any issues within 7 days of delivery.




DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?


We are unable to offer gift wrapping services at this time. However, you are welcome to include a gift note with your order by entering your own personal message in the box labeled “Add Gift Message?” under your order summary on the right side of your shopping bag. Please note, pricing information is omitted from all packing slips so orders arrive gift-ready.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?


Once an order is placed, it is unable to be cancelled or modified.




HOW SHOULD I REPORT A MISSING ITEM/DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM FROM MY ORDER?


Please report any damaged or missing items to lauren@letterlyshop.com within 7 days of delivery.




WILL I SEE A PROOF BEFORE MY ITEMS ARE PRINTED AND MAILED TO ME?


Yes, customers ordering any of our personalized items will receive their proofs approximately 1-2 days from the final confirmation of wording and design details. Once a proof has been sent your way and is approved by you, your order is non-refundable.




CAN I USE THE PERSONALIZED IMAGES FROM MY ORDER FOR A LOGO OR ARTWORK ON MY BLOG, WEBSITE, ETC.?


All digital images used during the proofing process are sole property and copyright of The Letterly Shop and cannot be used for personal logo design or reproduction outside of The Letterly Shop.
